AQ’s motto is “Integrity with Passion, Dancing Life to the Fullest”. We believe in nurturing our dance students into young adults with the correct values to excel in the various pursuits they will undertake in life.

Our mission is to usher in the next generation of Dancers, Dance Educators and Knowledgable Dance Audience. At AQ we teach the art form of Dance not only to prepare and assist our aspiring professional dancers and dance educators, we also use dance as a medium to inspire our students to learn about good posture, coordination, correct techniques, spatial awareness, musicality, as well as important life skills like discipline, dedication, determination, teamwork, leadership skills and resilience. Students will find the balance between learning and enjoyment.

AQ has a strong emphasis on Ballet, as we believe this is the foundation to all dances. Basing our core curriculum on the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabi, we have also developed our own training programmes to facilitate our students to excel. Through the AQ Scholarship programme numerous AQ students have done well at performances and competitions.

The well being of each AQ member is of utmost importance to us. We treat each student & staff as an integral part of our big AQ family. Our aim is for each student to appreciate what they have, to have empathy and awareness for those around them, and to live life to the fullest!
